Housing for Disabled Age 18 & Up and Seniors Age 62 & Over. No minimum income requirements. Max income for 1 person: $23,450 and 2 person: $26,800. Requires a deposit of 1X the amount of rent. Wheelchair accessible. WAIT LIST CLOSED. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator. Assigned Parking. Laundry Facility Onsite. Total of 153 Units.
- Water, Garbage, Heat, Electric are paid. Tenant is responsible for Cable & Internet.
- Credit Check Fee is $0.
