Building Description
Room share in a 4 bedroom home. Prefer single male or female. Room - Rent $700-800 for single/ for 2 people $1200. Deposit is equal to one month's rent. (Half of Deposit up front, the other half can be paid, the following month with the rent). Minimum income 2X the rent. Prefer single male or female. Wheelchair Access on 1st Floor. Must provide most recent Credit Report. Master Room includes: Closet, Dresser, No Bed, but sofa bed is available, if needed. Use of bathroom, kitchen and living room space in main house. Street parking.
- 3 months of free utilities. Split bill 4 ways after that.
- Bring a copy of recent credit report. Background check preferred, but is negotiable.
- Accepts vendor pay
- Accepts co-signer
- Will not work with previous evictions.
- Will work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP)
- Near Public Transportation, School and shops. A mile from MacArthur BART Station.
- Pets allowed. No Deposit. Must clean up after pet.
