There is a $35.00 nonrefundable Application Processing fee for each adult. Income requirement is 2.5X the amount of the rent. Must have positive credit & rental history. No section 8. No Vendor Pay. May accept Cosigner if the client has no credit. Cosigners are not accepted if the applicant has negative credit or insufficient income. Cosigner Requirements: Live and own property in Alameda County; Positive credit history. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $1700. Will not work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Townhouse includes: 1.5 baths, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, living room w/fireplace and laminate flooring, tile flooring in kitchen and bath, carpet, central heating, plantation shutters and blinds, in unit front loading washer/dryer (as is), private patio, two assigned off street parking in carport, storage included. Community Pool and Clubhouse. Water is paid. Near Public Transportation. No Pets. No Smoking. Not wheelchair accessible. One year lease.
