Building Description
Berrellesa Palms is an apartment community for seniors; with at least one household member who meets the following criteria: Accepting applications for subsidized housing for 62+ who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with a long term chronic health condition. Faxed or hand delivered applications will not be accepted. Pls. mail completed applications to: Housing Authority of Contra Costa County, ATTN: PBV PROGRAM, 2870 Howe Road, Martinez, CA 94553. Must be Age 62 or Over. No minimum income requirement. Maximum income is $21,930. Credit Check is Required, but has no fee. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. No Evictions. Requires a deposit of $500. Will work with Rental Assistance Programs (RAP). Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, green design elements plus onsite property management and resident services. Roll in showers in some units and 2 units for hearing and vision impaired. Assigned Parking. Water, Garbage and Sewer are paid. Near Public Transportation, Amtrak, Shops, Martinez Regional Shoreline, Senior Center & Farmer's Market. No pets. Wheelchair accessible.
