Building Description
Credit Check Fee is $30. Income Requirement is 2.5X the amount of rent. Does not accept Section 8. Does not accept Vendor Pay. Does not accept cosigner. Will not work with previous evictions. Deposit is $1650. Does not work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP). Units include: 1 bath, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coin-operated laundry facility onsite. Water and Garbage are paid. Near Public Transportation. Near schools and shops. No Pets. Wheelchair accessible. Carport, off-street and on street parking.
