Building Description
Income requirement is 2.5X the amount of the rent. 1 Bedroom Deposit is $1,000. 2 Bedroom Deposit $1000. Unit includes: Electric Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Carpet/Linoleum Flooring, Window Coverings, Private Patio or Balcony, Gym, Laundry Facilities Onsite, Swimming Pool, BBQ Area, Landscaping, Elevator, Controlled Access, 1 Assigned Parking.

- There is a $45.00 nonrefundable Application Processing fee for each adult.
