Building Description
No specific income requirements, if on Section 8. If not on Section 8, Income Requirement is 2X the amount of rent. Not wheelchair accessible. Unit includes: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer Hookup. Assigned Parking.

- Credit Check Fee is $25. If you bring own Credit Report with Score and Report, will waive fee.
- Section 8 Welcome.
