The rental office will accept completed applications during office hours until further notice. Completed applications must be submitted online, returned in person or by US mail. All applications received at the management office will be date/time stamped at the time received and entered electronically by proxy by management staff. A lottery will be run periodically during the application period and applicants will be placed on the waitlist in order of lottery number within
consecutive lottery runs. No fax or email applications will be accepted.
