Building Description
Rent: 30% of total household income. MINIMUM INCOME: All Applicants must demonstrate their ability to pay the rent. There is no minimum income requirement for Section 8 voucher holders. Wheelchair Yes. NO VACANCY. WAIT LIST NOW OPEN. Pre-Applications can be obtained at the website starting November 15, 2023 at http://www.jsco.net/property/aspencourt Units include: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal, Private Entry, Washer & Dryer, Air Conditioning, Private Patios, Cable-Ready Access, Private Off-Street Parking, Community Center with Meeting Room and Kitchen, Beautifully Landscaped Grounds, Elevator Access to Second Floor. Total of 12 HOPWA units.
