Eligibility:
· All household members must be 62 years or older at the time of application.
The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Harper Crossing opens on November 8, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on November 15, 2023.
Paper applications will also be available to pick up and drop off at the property at the following times:
• Friday, November 10, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Paper applications must be postmarked by November 15, 2023 AND received by the manager's office by 5:00 PM on November 22, 2023.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on November 8, 2023 at 9:00 AM and close on November 15, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Please call Phone: (833) 544-0457 for assistance.
Maximum Income Requirement is 60% of AMI. Wheelchair OK. Amenities include: Communal courtyard with benches, Community Room w/full kitchen, onsite laundry facility and Secured bike parking room. On-site resident services provided. Assigned limited off street parking.
