Harp Plaza Apartments is a twenty-unit housing complex in North Oakland. Accessible
units are available for individuals with mobility impairments. Other accessibility
modifications may also be requested. Unit Amenities: Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove, Ceiling Fan, Wall Heater. Property Amenities: Gated Community, Covered Garage, Laundry Facility, Elevator, Courtyard, Close to Restaurants.
Pre-applications will be accepted only for vacant Project-Based Voucher (Section 8) units
subsidized by Oakland Housing Authority (OHA). A randomized lottery will determine the
order of the waitlist.
Available units are two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. All units are subject to OHA’s
occupancy standards. All units are restricted to 50% Area Median Income. Maximum
income limits apply. Income limits are based on household size.

- Housing Choice Vouchers, Section 8, and other valid rental assistance programs will be considered for this property. In the case of a valid rental subsidy, the required minimum income will be based on the portion of the rent that the tenant pays after the use of the subsidy.
