Must have good references; no evictions in past 2 years. Gives priority to those in Federal Preference categories. No specific income requirements. Not wheelchair accessible. Unit includes: Gas Stove, Refrigerator and Garbage Disposal. Balconies and patios. Onsite Laundry Room, Gated Parking. Downstairs and common areas are wheelchair accessible. 10% of the units (5 units) are for physically disabled tenants. Total of 54 units.
