This waitlist opened on June 28, and will remain open until August 2, 2024 for one-and two-bedroom (applications that are mailed must be postmarked by August 2).
The apartments at Century Village have income and rent levels based on 30%, 45%, 50% and 60% of Area Median Income. One-bedroom apartments can be occupied by 1 to 3 persons, and two-bedroom apartments can be occupied by households of two to five people. As an example, the 30% AMI income limit is $32,700 for a one-person household and $37,400 for a two-person household (this is also the HOPWA maximum) and the one-bedroom rent is $876. In addition, applicant households must meet the minimum income requirements set at two (2) times the rent for the unit.
