The pre-application period will be open for 15 days. Once we have closed the pre-applications in the Doorway Housing Portal, we will conduct a lottery to establish the order of application review. Once the vacancies are filled, the remaining applications will be placed on a waitlist. The waitlist will be capped at 3,000 applicants. We will notify all the applicants to inform them if they entered into the waitlist or not.
Income Requirement 2.5X the rent. Unit includes Bath, Stove, Refrigerator and 2 & 3 Bedroom Units include Dishwasher. Property Amenities: On Site Laundry, Community Room, Elevator, Bike Room. Parking: On-Site Parking. Resident Services available on site. Total of 58 Family Units.
- Water, Sewage, and Garbage are paid.
- Credit Check Fee $32 per adult.
- Section 8, including Housing Choice Vouchers and other recognized rental assistance programs, will be considered for this property. In the case of a valid rental subsidy, the required minimum income will be based on the portion of the rent that the tenant pays after use of the subsidy.
