A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. Applications must be submitted online. Please for more information. A valid email address is required to apply. The top 200 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. Units include stove, refrigerator. No laundry facilities. Amenities: Near AC Transit Bus Stops, less than a mile to Ashby BART Station. Near Grocery and Convenience Stores, cafes and coffee shops, San Pablo Park.
