ACCEPTING PRE-APPLICATIONS ONLINE FROM JULY 21, 2018 TO AUGUST 4, 2018 AT 5PM (Extended one week from original close date of July 28th). PRE-APPLICATIONS ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO BE SUBMITTED ONLINE at http://www.EverettCommons.havenconnect.com. Applications must be submitted by the deadline to be included in lottery. Credit Check is Required. Inquire regarding Fee, Income Requirements, the acceptance of Section 8, Cosigner, Vendor Pay, Rental Assistance Program (RAP) and Utilities Paid. No Evictions. Inquire regarding Deposit. Unit includes: Bath, Inquire regarding Appliances. Amenities: On-Site Professional Staff, On-Site Resident Services, On-Site Secured Bike Parking, On-Site Laundry Facility, Drought-Tolerant Landscaping, Smoke-Free Community, Community Room w/ TV, Security Camera Surveillance, Off Street Parking. Near Public Transportation, Schools, and Shops. Pets are not allowed, except for reasonable accommodation requests for companion or service animals. Wheelchair Accessible on Ground Floor. Total of 20 Units.
(12) units are assisted by Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) administered by the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA). For these Section 8 units, referrals are made directly from the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda's waiting list, which is already closed. (5) units are assisted by Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) for homeless Veterans. For these VASH units, referrals are made directly from the Department of Veteran's Affairs to AHA.
