Unit includes: Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Disposal, Granite Countertops, Pantry, Cable or Satellite Ready, Washer/Dryer, Balcony or Patio, Walk In Closet & Linen Closet, Internet & WiFi Access. Parking: Parking options vary based on the space type and location. Please contact us for specific parking options. Monthly parking starts at: $30. Amenities: Business Center, Fitness Center, Outdoor Courtyard, Courtesy Site Patrol, On-Site Maintenance, Outdoor Heated Pool with Hot Tub, Ground Floor Retail Amenities, Elevator, Automated Package Lockers, Controlled Access Parking Garage, Ground Floor Retail Amenities Including Daycare and Dentist, Resident Clubhouse & Lounge with Complimentary Wi-Fi.
