Of those, 31 units are for permanent supportive housing for Veterans that are chronically homeless, homeless with a disability, or "other homeless" , as defined by the VHHP. Income Requirements are 20% to 50% of AMI. No minimum for subsidized units. Maximum income restrictions range from $43,400 for a one-person household to $66,950 for a five-person household. Unit includes: Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Garbage Disposal, Onsite Laundry. Amenities: Onsite Property Management and Resident Services, including VA services; Bicycle Parking; Community Room with Kitchen, a Smoke-Free Community.
