Bed - Rent $656.50/No Dep. No specific Income Requirement. Must be 62 and over. Must apply through CWP Property Management. Share a 1 bedroom apartment: Kitchen has stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher. Washer/Dryer available. Inquire to CWP Management Company regarding parking.
