Bed (Room Share - 2 Person Room) - Rent $900 rent per person. Deposit $500. No Min. Income Requirement, just to cover rent and there is a 30-Day Trial Period. MUST SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT. Evictions are Negotiable. Men only, Age 50+ This is a Shared Housing, Sober Living Environment - NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. Reminders for showers and medication. Three meals a day and provides special holiday dinners for their tenants. House includes 3 Bedrooms/2 Baths, Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, big backyard, close to International and Street Parking.
