Building Description
Shared Rooms start at $750 a month. Deposit starts at $750, depending on the housing. There are 7 Licensed Board and Care homes in Oakland, CA. Prefer single men and women, responsible, neat and clean. One building is wheelchair accessible. 1 meal provided in some of the homes. Rooms are furnished, no pets, no drug or alcohol problems. Laundry services available. Street parking is available.
- All utilities are included in rent.
- Will work with Vendor Pay programs and Deposit Assistance Programs (RAP).

- They also work with groups, BACS, and will work with any agency.
