Min. Income Recommendation for Non-Sec. 8 tenants $55,170 annually; Maximum Income Requirement 70% of AMI. Not Wheelchair Accessible, flight of stairs goes up to the unit. Complete applications and include: a copy of most recent year of tax returns, (3) most recent paystubs for all household incomes, recent credit reports with credit scores for all adults in household.
