Building Description
Innovia Apartments includes 287 units to be leased to very low-income and low-income households. Preference will be given to those currently residing or working in Fremont (verification required). For those submitting paper applications, a cashier’s check or money order should be attached. Apply online at www.innoviawarmsprings.com.
