The waiting list for 1-bedroom Project Based Voucher units at Monarch Homes opens on April 24, 2024, at 9:00 AM.Applications will be available to submit online. Online applications must be submitted on Alameda County Housing Portal by 5:00 PM on May 8, 2024.
Eligibility: Head of household must be 62 years or older at the time of application.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on April 24, 2024,at 9:00 AM and close on May 8, 2024, at 5:00 PM. Please call (844) 924-2814 for assistance.
