Income Requirement, just to cover rent and there is a 30-Day Trial Period. AVAILABLE NOW. MUST SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT. May work with evictions on a case by case basis. Prefer Single Men & Women. Veterans, college students, undocumented applicants or anybody that is in need in the community are encouraged to apply. This is a Shared Housing, Sober Living Environment - NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL. Will provide meals for $150 per month in cash or food stamps are fine. Provides special holiday dinners for tenants. Internet is available. Units consist of 4 Full Baths & 2 half Baths, Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Street Parking. Laundry onsite.
