Wat list wll be open Nov. 21 and closes Dec. 9.The application can be requested and submitted in the following ways:In person/ Mail: 2000 Leasing Office: 2000 36th Ave OFFICE, Oakland CA 94601 (M-F, 9:00am –5:00pm) Applications must be received in paper form or legible pdf no later than 5:00 on Dec. 9.
It will be ranked by lottery.Wait List Preferences Are Given to:Displaced Residents of Oakland: Oakland residents, Oakland workers, In order to claim preference, proof of preference required at time of application. Property amenaties incude: On-site laundry room, payground and comunity gardens, 24 hour security cameras and social services coordinator.
