Income Requirement 3Xs the amount of rent in gross income or more. Not Wheelchair Accessible. Unit includes: 2 baths, quartz countertop & backsplash, laminate flooring throughout, electric stove, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, 2 assigned parking spaces, street parking, front deck with storage area. Amenities: Pool, Hot Tub and a gardner for complex. A $150.00 lease preparation fee will be charged to your account and will need to be paid before moving into the property.
