Applications must be submitted by August 31, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Lottery will be held September 2nd, 2023 between 11:00 a.m. – 11:10 a.m. At the time a winner is chosen, Standard staff will call and email the applicant to let them know they have been chosen. The applicant will be given 7 days from the first attempt at contact to claim the vacant unit.
