Income Requirement 2.5x the monthly rental amount and FICO Score of 650. Not Wheelchair Accessible. Unit includes 2 Baths, Hardwood Floors, Lots of Windows, Open Kitchen with Granite Counters and Stainless Steel Appliances (Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher), In-Unit Washer/Dryer. Small attached deck, Side Yard & small portion of rear yard may be shared between 871 & 873 Apgar front duplex, and the cottage (cottage has been leased & is not available). Parking is on-street only; parking in long driveway not allowed.
- Tenant pays for gas & electric, water & garbage, cable/internet/wifi. Tenant also pays for any fees associated with activation and monitoring of security alarm.
- Credit Check Fee $39.95 rental application fee per applicant over 18 years old.
