Building Description
Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) is accepting pre-applications for the 2022 waiting list opening for Oakland Affordable Housing Preservation Initiatives (OAHPI). this waiting list will be active for 12 to 18 months. The Project-based Voucher (PBV) sites are located throughout the City of Oakland. This waiting list is for two and three-bedroom units only. This is not a Housing Choice Voucher. This is a fully web-based pre-application process. OHA does not accept paper pre-applications. OHA will place 150 applicants on the two-bedroom waiting list and 600 applicants on the three- bedroom waiting list based on a computerized random lottery selection process.
