Building Description
Eden Housing, with development partner, SummerHill Homes, is excited to announce their newest housing development – Walnut Grove (formerly known as North 40 Market Hall) – situated in the “North 40” master development in Los Gatos, CA, located at the southeast intersection of Highways 17 and 85.
Walnut Grove Senior Housing 55+ will provide 49 1-bedroom units for seniors earning 30-50% of Area Median Income, and 1 2-bedroom manager’s unit. Min. Income Requirement is 2X the rent. The 50 units will be situated on the 3rd and 4th floors above two stories of a “market hall” with a restaurant and retail spaces.
The Walnut Grove building is the centerpiece of North 40’s commercial district called The Junction, which will include additional commercial businesses and services.
At least 1 member of the Household must be 55 or older at the time of application.
