Building Description
The Bay Area Community Land Trust (BACLT) is delighted to announce the availability with rents affordable for households earning less than 80% of Area Median Income. Minimum Income Requirement is 2Xs the amount of rent. Unit includes: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Laundry Room Onsite, Garage Parking for One Car Only. There is also street parking at curbside painted blue in front of apartment. Please note that although none of these apartments are wheelchair accessible, and all apartments are located above the ground floor, differently disabled people are welcome to apply.

Application Process:
- Attend Online Orientation Session (Required): All interested applicants must attend a 1-
hour Orientation Session before they can receive an application. Visit www.bayareaclt.org to
register. People needing a special accommodation for translation, visual or hearing assistance
can send a request to: vacancy@bayareaclt.org. - Applications will be processed First Eligible, First Served
- Complete Tenant Income Certification Interview
- Background and credit check, looking for prior evictions and active collections. These do not necessarily disqualify applicants!
- Pay deposit, sign lease, schedule walk-thru and move-in dates. First month’s rent due at walk-thru.
- Rent includes Water/Sewer and Garbage/Recycling; Electric is not included.
- Credit Check Required. No Fee for Credit Check.
- Section 8 Welcome.

- No Cosigners.
- May work with previous evictions on a case by case basis.

- Must Be willing to join the new Housing Cooperative and participate in at least one hour per month of voluntary work to form and manage the Co-op.
