After all preference holders have been considered, any remaining units will be available to other qualified applicants. Property Amenities: On-site property management and resident services, activity room, dog park, BBQ area, basketball court, lobby, recreation area, outdoor patio, computer room, community garden, community room with kitchen, bike storage shelter and laundry facilities. Elevator, 18 ADA units are available. Scheduled to open September 2023.

- Background Check included. A check will be made of criminal conviction records for the past Five years for all adult Applicants of the household. Reports will be obtained from local and/or state records and may also include local Police records. If the Applicant has resided in a state other than California and has a past felony conviction, a report will be required from that state or federal organization.
- Housing Choice Vouchers, Section 8, and other valid rental assistance programs will be considered for this property. In the case of a valid rental subsidy, the required minimum income will be based on the portion of the rent that the tenant pays after the use of the subsidy.
