Building Description
Applicants are applying to enter a lottery for currently vacant apartments.
Apartments. Deposits are $750-$1563 or one month's rent may be higher for lower credit scores. Minimum Income Requirement is 2.5X the amount of rent. Wheelchair Accessible in common areas and homes are ADA adaptable. Rents and income guidelines are subject to change per the regulatory schedule and annual recertification. Applications are due by June 21, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Apply online at https://housing.acgov.org or download paper application and print. Lottery will be held on July 6, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Units include: Bath, stainless steel appliances, Stainless Steel Self-Cleaning Gas Oven and Range, French Door Refrigerator, Built-In Microwave and Range Hood, stone countertops, vinyl plank flooring, in-unit washer/dryer, private balcony/patio, walk-in closet, pre-wired for fiber optic internet.
