The waiting list for 1-bedroom 50% AMI Veteran units at Valley View Senior Homes OPENS on June 21, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available online to print. Applications must be returned by mail to 1 Natalie Lane, American
Canyon, CA 94503. Applications must be postmarked by June 28, 2023 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on July 5, 2023. Applications will be available to pick up at the property at the following times:
- Thursday, June 22, 2023, 9am – 5pm
- Tuesday, June 27, 2023, 9am – 5pm
Head of Household must be 55 years or older at the time of application. Additional household member must be age 45 or older at the time of application OR must be a spouse, caretaker, or child or grandchild with disability.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 100 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
The 24-hour support phone line will open on June 21, 2023 at 9:00 AM and close on June 28, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Please call the number below for assistance.
Only one application per household. Duplicate applications will not be entered into the lottery.
