Building Description
Deposit 1X the amount of rent. Minimum Income Requirement combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Additionally, overall debt (including rent and other payments) should not exceed 55% of that income total. Wheelchair - No. Apply online at http://www.msbmanagement.com and click on Apply Now. Unit includes: 1 Bath, Stove, Refrigerator, Off Street Parking. MSB requires that all tenants obtain/maintain coverage for personal property and liability insurance for the duration of their tenancy.
