Waitlist Open
53 Brand New 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Affordable Apartments. Tabasa Gardens offers both Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) units. PBV rents will be based on 30% of adjusted household for income for qualifying households. Rents for non-PBV units will range from $1,066.00 – $1,987.00. The community will serve residents earning between 25 to 50% of the area’s median income, which is equivalent to an annual income of $28,000 to $56,000 for a two-person household.

If you are disabled and need to complete a paper application, it is available for pick up at: Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz located at 2160 41st Avenue, Capitola, CA 95010 or printing online at the address above.
Paper applications will only be accepted as a reasonable accommodation for disabled applicants. See return/mailing instructions on the application form. Applications must be submitted online or be postmarked by October 9th. No applications will be accepted after this date.
Unit Amenities: Bath, Blinds, Cable Ready, Carpet and Vinyl Flooring, Ceiling Fan, Dining Room, Disability (wheelchair) access, Electric cooktop stove and range, Energy Star rated appliances, Full-size refrigerator, Garbage disposal, Heating and Cooling, Parking Spot (one per unit), Trash Removal, Water.
Amenities: Onsite Laundry, Community Room, Technology Center with Computer Lab, Outside Courtyard with Gardens.

- Credit Check & Background Check Required. No application fee to apply to the waitlist. A $35 fee per adult for background screening is only required if selected to be interviewed.
