Building Description
Shared Housing - Bed (2 Person Room) - Rent starting at $750. Deposit is one month's rent. Share a 5 Bedroom/3 Bath House. No specific income requirement. Men and women accepted. Evictions OK. Depending on program, may share bedroom and/or bathroom, with access to a fully featured kitchen and relaxing common areas, including outdoor space. Washer / dryer in apartment with laundry supplies included. All utilities and wifi are paid. Parking is on the street. Up to 10 Beds per building.
- Electric, Gas, Heat, Garbage and Water are paid by Owner.
- No Credit or Background Check, but there will be an Interview.
- Does not accept Cosigner.
