The City of Pleasanton, in coordination with Avenue5 Residential, is opening the Waiting List for the Two-Bedroom Below Market Rate (BMR) units at The Kensington Apartments located at: 1552 E Gate Way, Pleasanton, CA 94566.
The Waiting List will be open for pre-applications beginning: Tuesday, January 28 through Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
Applicants will be required to submit a Pre-Application for placement on the Waiting List. The submission deadline is no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
Download and print the Pre-Application here, then submit it to The Kensington Apartments Leasing Office by mail or in-person.
A pre-application lottery process will be administered to determine the Waiting List order for the Two-Bedroom BMR units, per the City Preference System for Pleasanton residents and employees for City-assisted affordable housing developments

Pre-Applications must be delivered by mail or in person before the deadline at: The Kensington Apartments Leasing Office, 1552 E Gate Way Pleasanton, CA 94566. Emailed or faxed Pre-Applications will not be accepted.
Only 1 application may be submitted per household.
