Building Description
Apts. Deposit Inquire. Income Requirement is 2.5X the amount of rent. Wheelchair - Inquire-Elevator in Building. Units include: (Features may not be available for all units) - Bath-Tub/Shower combo, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher, laminate/carpet flooring and balcony. Electric Heating. Window unit air-conditioning. On site laundry on each floor. Off Street Parking for $100 monthly. Renter's Insurance Required. One year lease. Smoke Free Building.
