DO NOT PAY ANYONE TO APPLY FOR A VOUCHER. HACA is providing a 1-day extension to the April 2024 waitlist opening for the Housing Choice Voucher program and HACA-Owned Project Based 3- and 4-bedroom units. Applications will be accepted only on May 6, 2024, from 8:00am PST through 8:00pm PST.
Return to www.haca.net on May 6th at 8:00am to apply.
If you applied during the April waitlist opening, you do not need to take any action. Please keep the Pre-Application Receipt as your confirmation of applying as email confirmations are not sent for these waitlist openings.
All applications received in the previous April 2024 opening and this 1 day opening will be entered into the lottery.

The Housing Authority of the County of Alameda (HACA) will be accepting online applications for its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program and HACA-owned Project-based 3- and 4-bedroom units in Emeryville and Union City for families with very low-income and extremely low-income.
