Building Description
Apartments. Deposits are $1,000. Income Requirement is 2.5X the amount of rent. Wheelchair – No. Prices are subject to change. Amounts may include additional mandatory/optional fees. Units include: Full Bath, Living/Dining Room. stove, refrigerator, granite countertops, laminate/carpet or tile flooring, fitness center, onsite laundry facility, street parking. Management Onsite. (Features may not be in all units) One year lease term. Renter Insurance Required.

- $45 Application fee. Must bring own credit check report for each adult 18 years of age and older..
