· Head of household must be a Veteran and 18 years or older at the time of application.
The waiting list for 2-bedroom units at Valor Village opens on November 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on December 17, 2025.
Paper applications will be available to pick up at : 811 San Pablo, Pinole, CA 94564 during the following times:
- Monday – Friday (Excluding Holidays: 11/27/2025 – 11/28/2025
- 8L30 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- During the Waiting List Opening

Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to 811 San Pablo Pinole, CA 94564. Applications submitted by mail must be postmarked by December 17, 2025.

Minimum income figures are subject to change. Rent amounts are subject to change. Income Limits are subject to change. Car and bike parking spaces, Community room with a kitchen, Computer stations, Laundry facility, Outdoor courtyard, and Children’s playground. Off-street parking is limited and is not guaranteed. If you are not assigned a parking space, you may request to be added to the parking lot waiting list.
