Building Description
Apartments. Deposits - Inquire, determined by each property. Minimum Income Requirement is 3X base rent in gross monthly income for the household. Wheelchair Accessible - Yes. Building includes: Air Conditioning, Garage Parking Available, Roof Deck, Grill/Barbecue Area, Balconies, Bicycle Storage and Elevator Access.

- Application Fee: $45. Your application will only be reviewed after you have viewed the apartment. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
