OAHPI (Oakland Affordable Housing Preservation Initiative)   Accepting pre-applications for the 2022 waiting list opening. This is not a Housing Choice Voucher. This waiting list is for two and three-bedroom units only. Rent 30% of income. This is a fully web-based pre-application process.
