The waiting list for Tax-Credit Studio units at Strawberry Creek Lodge opens on March 13, 2024 at 9:00 am. Applications will be available to submit online. Paper applications must be postmarked by March 20, 2024 And received by the manager’s office by 5:00 pm on March 27, 2024.
  • A lottery will be conducted for all application received by the deadline. All application we be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on March 13, 2024 at 9:00 am and closed on March 20, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Please call (888) 897-3641 for assistance.

  • Senior Studio apartments. Deposit equal to rent. Minimum income $1438/mo. Wheelchair accessible. Waiting List is Open. Units include stove, refrigerator. Some of the units are handicapped accessible.Some off street parking. Coin-op laundry. 150 Senior Units

  • Credit Check is Required-No Fee.
