- Thursday, May 7, 2026: 9 AM – 12 PM, 1 PM – 4:30 PM;
Friday, May 8, 2026: 9 AM–12 PM, 1 PM – 4:30 PM;
Monday, May 11, 2026: 1 PM – 4:30 PM; and
Monday, May 18, 2026: 1 PM – 4:30 PM.
Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on May 20, 2026.A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 400 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open only for the duration of the waiting list opening.
