Applications must be submitted online at edenhousing.org/properties/reilly-station. Please visit the webpage and select “Rental Information.” The deadline to apply is August 21, 2020 by 4:00 p.m.
Reilly Station includes a total of 61 brand new affordable rental apartment homes to be leased to low-income households. Features include 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans and a community room, computer lab, courtyard, on-site manager, and resident services. Reilly Station is located across from the Warm Springs/South Fremont BART Station. The homes are anticipated to be move-in ready by fall 2020.
Reilly Station includes 61 apartment homes to be leased to low-income households. Please see the income limits and rent ranges below. To be eligible, households must earn a gross monthly income to support two times the monthly rent. Pursuant to City policy, preference will be given to those currently residing or working in Fremont. All eligible households are encouraged to apply.

To qualify, applicants cannot exceed the annual gross income listed below based on their household size. For example, a 2 person household cannot earn more than $62,640 a year to qualify.

The period to apply for Reilly Station is August 3 to August 21, 2020 by 4:00 p.m. No exceptions will be made for late submissions. You can submit your application any time before the deadline; it is not first come, first served.

Submitted applications will be reviewed for eligibility prior to being placed in the lottery. Qualifying applications will be included in the lottery regardless of when received. Applicants selected from the lottery will receive interview information. Interviews will continue until the maximum number of applicants to fill the units has been reached. If a household is not contacted, their application will be placed on the Reilly Station waitlist.
