Preference is given to San Mateo County residents. The application period for the PB units is from 7/1 – 7/31/2020. To apply for Non-Project Based Units:
Montara and BRIDGE Property Management Company are accepting pre-applications by mail and email for 17 non-PB units. Pre-applications for these units are accepted from 7/1 – 7/17/2020. Montara offers a local preference for households where at least one member lives/works in the City of San Mateo. Starting July 1, pre-applications and more information will be available online at bridgehousing.com/properties/bma/. After the application period for these units, all pre-applications will be randomly ordered. Due to the high level of interest for Montara, pre-applications with lottery numbers 1 to 400 will continue to the next stage in the process. If your pre-application receives a lottery number above 400 you will be notified and your pre-application will not be processed.
