WAIT LIST  OPEN, 55+ Senior Housing – and at least one member of household must be currently homeless.  Coming Soon-Wait List Opening for 2 Bdrm Apts. Rent 30% of income. Deposit Equal to the rent. No Min. Income. Wheelchair OK.  Wait list opens on October 25, 2022 at 9:00 AM. Applications are available for pick up at 609 Oak Street, Oakland, CA 94607 at the following times:

  • Tuesday, October 25, 2022, 9am – 12 noon
  • Monday, October 31, 2022, 1pm – 5pm

Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application and must be postmarked by November 1, 2022 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on November 8, 2022.  A Lottery will be  conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 60 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on October 25, 2022 at 9:00 AM and close on November 1, 2022 at 5:00 PM.
